Adair Winery was a former orchard and there are hints of its history throughout the property, the circa 1790 Dutch barn, the remnants of the icehouse, and outbuildings. There is a glorious stream that runs through the property that was once critical to the winery.Despite its antique charm the property includes ten thousand gallon fully equipped tanks and winery equipment ready for the new owner to make it their own. It has endless possibilities for a winery, brewery and distillery. The 32 acre property is sub-dividable and consists of mostly open fields. There is deciduous forest, developed open space and only 1.5 acres of wetlands.
